Community Planning Workshop - Hillsboro 35 & Beyond

Join us for a Community Planning Workshop at Historic City Hall on Wednesday, October 15. Two identical sessions will be offered so you can attend at the time most convenient for you:

11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

This will be a come-and-go, interactive workshop (no formal presentation). You’ll have the chance to learn about Hillsboro’s future growth and share your ideas through four self-guided activities, available in both English and Spanish.

Explore maps that show different growth scenarios for Hillsboro’s future.

Share your thoughts on where new development should go and what it should look like.

Give input on transportation options, including walking, biking, and commuting.

Weigh in on how natural disasters have affected you and what kinds of preparedness or recovery programs you’d like to see.

Your feedback will help shape the Comprehensive Plan and guide decisions that impact Hillsboro’s growth, development, and resilience. Stop by either session to review information and share your input. We hope to see you there!
