We are a family-owned and operated craft distillery, where heritage, craftsmanship, and elegance come together.

Housed in our family's meticulously restored 1887 building, once an insurance office, our distillery blends historic character with modern sophistication. We create distinctive, small-batch spirits crafted with intention and precision, including our signature bourbons and Solara—a rare and original expression produced exclusively by us.

Every bottle begins with grain grown in the same county we call home, ensuring a true sense of place in every pour. Guests are invited to experience our tasting room, featuring an intimate speakeasy that offers a refined escape and a celebration of timeless craftsmanship.
